translating a resort’s real-world hospitality into its digital flagship.
A mobile-first, experience-driven redesign that made the site move at the pace of the stay.
Vidanta runs some of the most celebrated resorts in Mexico, built on gracious hospitality and a real sense of arrival. In person, the brand is vibrant and refined. Online, the flagship wasn’t carrying any of that across. The digital experience had fallen behind the evolved brand and the expectations of the guest it was trying to reach.
The work started inside Vidanta’s own brand manual, with its pillars of gracious hospitality, radiant life-energy, and a sense of luxury and belonging. Those became the reference for every decision. I translated the identity into a digital language: full-color, emotionally resonant photography rather than anything cropped or muted, a neutral and radiant canvas with bold accents, and elegant type pairings kept readable on a phone. The whole thing was built to move like a journey, at the calm and considered pace of an actual stay, and that flow was what carried guests toward booking.
A mobile-first flagship that finally matches the resorts it represents: considered, visual, and paced like the experience itself.
