Get in touch

This is for organizations that have grown past the brand they started with. The offering expanded, the audience shifted, the digital presence sprawled, and the outside stopped matching the inside. I come in to make the story legible again: a clear position, a design system your team can run on its own, and a digital experience that carries all of it.

The methodology

  • A creative brief that becomes the north star for every decision that follows.

  • Visual direction gets settled before a single screen gets designed.

  • High-fidelity prototypes instead of wireframes. You see the real thing early.

  • The work goes on a live URL, so it is real and testable rather than a deck.

  • Your team is left with a system they can keep building on without me.

No relay race of strategist to designer to developer. One person holds the whole picture.

Strategy and design come from the same place, so what an organization believes and how it behaves online don’t drift apart.

My work sits where brand strategy, UX, and digital storytelling meet. In practice that means the strategy and the design come from the same place, so what an organization believes and how it looks and behaves online don’t drift apart over time. I’ve led creative teams of designers, strategists, and storytellers, and I’ve spent the last few years rebuilding how that work gets made with AI as part of the process.

Most of my time now goes to Rural & Co., my story and AI-readiness practice for rural health organizations. This site is the wider record: the brand, creative direction, and digital work across health systems, finance, hospitality, and associations that came before that focus and still shapes how I work. If something here looks like a problem you’re sitting with, get in touch.

the door is open.

I spend most of my time on Rural & Co. these days, though good problems outside rural health still pull me in. If you have one, tell me about it. You’ll get a reply from me, not a form response, and an honest read on whether I’m the right fit.
